Artist Statement: Nearly all of my work is in reference to the human mind, it is the red thread between us all. Utilizing both abstract and real elements, I create conceptual imagery to represent how I feel about my life and the artist’s experience.

Bio: My name is Jack McCarthy, I am from Hazlet, New Jersey. I got into art through fashion, and fashion remains to be a big part of my work. I began painting and drawing as a serious form of expression in 2023, prior to that I was only sketching clothes. I use a mix of spray paint, acrylic paint, charcoal, and oil pastels in my work to create a diverse landscape of textures.
